30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@restovie.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Q: Can I exchange an item instead of refunding it? If you'd like to swap for a product of equal value, contact us—we’ll help walk you through it.
Q: My item arrived damaged—what now? So sorry! Just email support with photos of the damage within 14 days, and we’ll send you a free return label and replacement.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders are processed fast! Contact us ASAP—if we haven’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel your order.
